Hawai'i Va'a Association Race Around the Hat
When: September 10th, 2011
Where: Kualoa Beach Park
Course: Short Prologue in the morning for all adults. Final race will be one lap from Kualoa Beach Park around Chinaman’s Hat (Mokoli’i Island) and back to the beach. Youth races will be conducted on the more sheltered prologue course
Divisions: 15 and Under, 18 and Under, Open Men and Women.
Entry Fees: $40 if you need to borrow a canoe, $30 if you have your own canoe, $20 if you will loan out your canoe, ONLY $5 if you are 18 and under. Entry fee includes T-Shirt, Food, Fun, Awards, Raffle Entry.
Throughout the day we will have prize give aways from our sponsors. Bring the whole family and enjoy an event on Kane’ohe Bay. This race is open to any rudderless single person outrigger canoe.
